Customers are required to remain available throughout the grooming appointment in case of emergencies and must be able to receive their dog promptly upon completion of the grooming service.

Cancelation fee – $40 per dog. We require a 2 business day notice to reschedule an appointment.

Rewashing fee – $5 – $20. Please walk your pet and allow them to go to the bathroom prior to grooming appointments. Grooming can be stressful for some pets.

Dematting fee – $30 per 15-minute increments. If your pet requires extra brushing due to matting, we may charge a fee for the extra time it takes. Dematting can be a stressful and painful process, please brush your pet's hair daily to avoid matted hair.

Special Handling fee ** – $10+. For pets that bite, act aggressive, or require extra assistance to stand.

**Please inform us if your pet might require special handling, in particular if your pet has a history of biting or is aggressive towards other dogs.
